What I'm Looking For 

What you "personally bring" to this coaching program matters!

No tobacco or tobacco smoking.

Eliminate it and get detoxed well before starting the program; this is non-negotiable for everyone [nicotine patches or gum may help, - as can herbs, - or both].

Work on making your diet as organic as possible.

Fresh and raw is best. If out of season or non-local, frozen or properly low-temperature dehydrated/dried foods, such as frozen blueberries in the winter or acai berry powder, are good alternatives.

Minimize or eliminate all medications where possible.

Obviously, insulin cannot be eliminated unless the body is healed, which can happen over time. Aim to reduce or eliminate nearly all medications as your health improves.

Eliminate all inorganic, unnatural fluoride intake.

It is present in most water supplies and many toothpastes. Many are unaware of the issues associated with fluoride, including fluorosis, pineal gland calcification, thyroid damage, and bone loss.

Eliminate or reduce to near zero all alcohol and alcoholic beverages.

If not obvious, the first appointment will clarify all the reasons.

Consider a plant-based or healthy vegan lifestyle.

The reasons are many, and research and evidence will be provided to those seeking sustained mind and body health and lasting vitality.

Be prepared to work out between appointments.

Only when ready and sufficiently skilled, as you gain capabilities. Most benefit from regular daily exercise, not just appointments here. This keeps you learning, progressing, and growing in skills over the years, which is essential to real transformation.

Options include live “In Person” sessions at my fully private studio or train "From Home" remotely.
