While our approach is customized to your abilities and goals, which ensures safe progress whether you’re a beginner or an athlete—the big caveat is "it very much depends", as some bodies are too "immunicologically risky" or too "immunicologically damaged" to work on even passively. In general, a person must be mostly pain free and already capable of safely and meaningfully gauging and guiding their own movement and muscle efforts in daily activities. Any shortage of "brain energy" or "bodily energy" is a big indicator of a need for nutrition and detoxing & remedial work.
