    Tailored corrective exercises are used to realign your posture, improve symmetry, and bring your body back into balance. Each movement is chosen specifically for your unique individual structure to help restore natural alignment without strain.
    "Active Release Technique"—"ART"—(AKA- Antagonist Reciprocal Training), is the postural optimization technique pioneered by "YSEJ" founder and lifelong bodybuilder Doug Bates. It is a guiding principle creatively and individually employed as an optimization strategy in every session, and wisely and strategically built into all workout designs. 
    "Active Release Technique" ("ART" principle noted above) targets areas of tightness, restriction and imbalance, reducing muscular tension, improving nerve, heart, lymphatic/glymphatic and vagal health function; as well as relieving stress on joints and supporting spinal health. These unique "ART" methods are proven to support smoother movement and help your body reset to a more relaxed and functional state.
    Functional movement training reinforces better posture through real-life motion. By retraining how you sit, stand, and move, we help you build strength and coordination that supports long-term stability and ease.

In 99% of all cases, most all work is done exclusively by the client via normal effective exercise pathways. "Soft tissue work" is offered in rare instances and client consent is always required.

  • In almost all senses, yes! You must be Primarily Pain Free and you must be able to manage exercise related sensory information that is essential feedback for every aspect of this program.
    The "YSEJ" program and training start with at least a base level of "pain-free" and often best "highly conscious" level of fitness and mobility. We start with where you are, using safe, joint-friendly strategies and real-time feedback to guide your progress every step of the way.
